Construction Pictures

So I took some pictures for y'all to see my lovely laundry room and the reason why I won't be spending money on anything else for a LONG while. I still haven't heard an official dollar amount yet, but I know it's gonna be big!

Here's the pile of wood that used to be known as my floor...


Here is a bit of the rotten wood from behind my wash basin...




In order to replace some of the wood they needed to jack the house up a few inches. This lumber will later be used to replace the floor joists...

The guys were hoping to have the main floor finished today and then I'll have the whole weekend to finish taping and mudding the drywall seems. (The previous owners of the house never did this, so I wanted to fix this while all the appliances were out of the way and before the walls get painted.)
